“Of Days Gone By”
This imposing corner structure boasts its medallion window in downtown Moscow, close by the Academy of Art. This is one of my favorite areas to paint, because the buildings are imaginatively designed and very well built. People live on several levels, even in the cellars. Wrought iron railings adorn the balconies, and the walls have many decorative details and multiple balanced colors. The fresh snowfall is complements of the artist.
