Piccadilly's Previews August 2012

Hope you're having a wonderful summer.
We are pleased to announce our "Twilight at Piccadilly's" give-a-way with any framed purchase between now and the end of the year. This giclee on canvas is our "thank you" and a special memento of the gallery where you purchased your favorite new work of art. Butirskiy painted the original for Barbara and me and his publisher has agreed to re-create the giclee on canvas. We're even framing them as a special gift just for you.
Order any framed work from our gallery and you will qualify for the "Twilight at Piccadilly's" memento.
The Olympics are almost over but we have two new works celebrating the city of London. Butirskiy has painted "The Crown," featuring a landmark restaurant in London and Michael Flohr has painted "London Rain," another iconic street scene from the heart of London.
We are also showcasing new works by Thomas Arvid, Henry Asencio and Edward Gordon. Check them out.

Thomas Arvid's Newest Works
 Thomas has had a busy summer working on some new commissions and some new releases.
Believe it or not, Piccadilly's Fine Art has represented Arvid for over 12 years and his latest works mark the 98th, 99th and 100th releases in his amazing career. WOW!
"Doctor's Orders" features an incredible cabernet from the Revana Family Vineyards, owned by a Houston, TX, neurologist. For people who know fine wines, Dalla Valla represents some of the "Nectar of the Gods." The featured wine for “In Maya Dreams” is the reserve cabernet from Dalla Valla Vineyards in Napa. The final release "After All These Years" showcases a '68 and '70 Ridge Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon that Arvid pulled from his cellar.

Alexei calls Arizona his home
 Russian painter Alexei Butirskiy is moving his family to the states this month, and we are very excited about this move. It's a big step for Butirskiy, and we are hoping it works out for him and his family.
With his newest release, Alexei will be adding this USA dedication to the back of your piece "Back to the USA, with love, Alexei Butirskiy" on all pieces ordered this month.

Michael Flohr returns to Europe for inspiration
 Expressionist painter Michael Flohr has caught the Olympic spirit with three new works from London. Travel and adventure are always a source of great artistic inspiration for this young contemporary painter. The bright lights of the red double-decker buses or diner at an outside cafe with a martini or two will always get the juices flowing.

Gordon pays tribute to America's finest
 The stormy, challenging skies above the horizon, in contrast with the sun shining from the opposite direction are symbolic of the fact that maintaining the freedom we all enjoy in America is always challenging. Liberty and tyranny are in constant battle. Many brave men and women have given their lives to make this the greatest country in the world and we must not forget the sacrifices they have made for our freedom. Freedom isn't free.
