April Evening "April Evening" was actually inspired by another artist named Alex Katz who created a work with black outlined trees silhouetted again a deep blue night sky. The moonrise was the perfect addition to this peaceful composition. The Handel designed desk lamp, circa 1910, was borrowed from the artist's friend. The setting comes directly from the artist's home in Vermont. | ||||||||||
